We registered the Enterprise edition of 4.02 about a year ago. Do you have a document that covers upgrading to the current version? Will I retain all accounts and settings if I upgrade? Is it simply a matter of running the install package of the new version?. And the product was licensed under my boss' name and e-mail Kelly Reid (kreid@milwcnty.com) but please respond to me.
Thanks.

Before you do the upgrade, I would recommend that you backup all the initialiation files in the old installation folder. Because of windows Vista certification requirements, the program initialization files are now placed in a location similar to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Codeorigin\SysaxServer
Here is what I would recommend
    1. backup the .fsi and .cfg files in the installation program
    2. uninstall the old version of the server
    3. install the new version of the server.
    4. Open the control panel and see if the old accounts are accessible.
    5. If old accounts are unavailable, find the new folder where the initialization files are stored (as mentioned above) and then copy over the old .fsi and .cfg files to this folder
