A client FTP is receiving "error code: 421 Too many users logged in". I checked the status window and there is only one user. Talking to the owner, their FTP client uses multiple logins to download multiple files.  Does the Sysax restrict the number of logins per IP? The maximum number of active accounts is restricted to 20.

Answer: The personal license allows only 1 login. The next license up allows 10 logins.
