The time is correct on our hardware server but the timestamp for things such as uploading files is 4 hours off on the Multi Server. Is there any way to fix this?

The server provides a timestamp based on UTC (GMT) to enable compatibility across geographic locations. Is the time zone you are in 4 hours from the GMT time?
