Guys,

I'm pulling my hair out trying to fix this one; everytime i connect via FTPS on port 990 i get the following message "Failed to retrieve directory listing"  , all software firewalls are off, hardware firewall has ports 990 , 21 , 22 open

I can connect to this server on port 21 with no problem, but on 990 it's always the same, can you please help???

Can you tell us what ftp client you are using to connect to the server?

Just to simplify the debugging, have you tried to install filezilla in the same computer as the ftp server and try to connect to it? At least that should get rid of the "server sent passive reply with unroutable address" error.
