how to limit the user to its directory

How can I limit the users into their own directory when they log into the sysax SFTP server using SSH SHELL? Please help.

If shell access is enabled and a user logs in, Sysax server opens the default windows shell which does not limit users to specific directories. You can replace this with your own shell (such as a cygwin shell) by netting the COMSPEC environment variable to point to the custom shell executable
