Hello Sysax, Question:  I am considering buying a Sysax Multi Server license.  What concerns me is that I see support messages here that haven't been answered in months and months.  The last post you replied to was on Nov 8th, 2008 (two years ago!). Is this typical?  If I buy your software, what sort of support should I expect? Many thanks.
