I have a Cisco Unified Communications Manager server trying to TFP its backup files to a server running SysAx.  It appears to be failing/timing out after 15 minutes.


Here are the errors in the log:

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi LittlefuseJR,

If your connection is timing out at 15 mintues, it may be because the server is set to do that for this particular account.

You can edit the account from the Sysax Multiserver contron panel. Click on Manage Server Settings, Configure authentication settings, then Configure accounts, then on the user "unitybackup".

On the right side middle, if the account is truly timing out at 15 minutes, you should see the timeout set to 900 (secs). You can change this to a larger number to allow more time for file transfers.
