Downloaded your install file but it won't start. Am assumming that it is a problem with XP64. Do you have a version that will run under XP64 or Vista64? Thanks

Can you tell me more details about the error that you are getting? The program is compiled as a 32 bit executable but it should run on a 64 bit system because xp64 and vista64 support running of 32 bit programs within the 64 bit os.

When the installation image is executed the following windows pop up window appears....   "This installation package could not be opened. Contact the application    vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package. OK."

Are you able to verify the digital signature on the installation package? It should list the company as Codeorigin, LLC. Otherwise you may need to re-download the installation package.
