Hi,

I generated a cert and a CSR with OpenSSL and then sent it to Thawte to be signed.  I tried to set the signed cert I received back from Thawte as my SSL cert in Sysax ftp server but when I connect through HTTPS, my browser says the site is not working because of ssl_error_no_cypher_overlap.

I'm assuming this is because the cert format is not what Sysax is expecting.  Thawte gave me two options for a format to download my cert in: x.509 and PKCS#7.  I tried to use both but neither worked. Can you please help?
