I managed to set up an account on a local drive fine.
eg c:\myfolder
but when I do this
\\AnotherServer\myfolder
it accepts the modification but I cannot connect.

When I connect through filezilla I get the error:
error: unable to open .:no such file or directory

any ideas?

Setting up a network drive as a home path should be supported. By default, the Sysax Multi Server service runs as a system user. Can you check if the network path is accessible to system users and not just a specific user?
