I downloaded the trial version of Multi-Server to my Windows 2003 server. When I try to run the Install msi I get:

Windows Installer

!  This installation package could not be opened.
   Contact the application vendor to verify that
   this is a valid Windows Installer package.

Any help would be appreciated.

Please check if the package was completely downloaded and if it has been digitally signed by us. If you are still having problems with this, please file a support ticket.
