Hello, We just implemented a Sysax SFTP server. When I create accounts manually the option to disable the account after a period of time, is greyed out. Why is this? I need to be able to disable accounts after a period of time. Best Lars

Hi Kragster, Thank you for pointing this out. For the "disable accounts" area being greyed out, our developers are looking into this to see if this feature is not correctly enabled for all licenses. I'll post again with the results of their investigation. Regards, Sysax support

Hi Kragster, With the new version of Sysax Multi Server 6.37, the feature allowing you to disable individual accounts on a certain date has been fixed. Thank you for your patience and for bringing this to our attention. Regards, Sysax support
