Details
We have upgraded our sales and support ticket system in order to provide faster and more comprehensive assistance.
If you already have an ongoing ticket in the old support system, simply email your response to the old ticket and a new ticket will be automatically created for you in the new system.
You can continue to access ticket history in the old system by visiting
http://www.sysax.com/osupport/
and using your email address and ticket number.
