To use a product such as this for business purpose requires a prompt support if necessary. Sysax in my view doesn't give this type of support. Tickets are left unanswered for weeks/months and there is no faster way of getting in contact with them or escalating an issue.

Please strengthen this opinion if you agree to raise awareness with Sysax.
