Replacing Email Attachments for Person-to-Person Sharing

"Just attach it." Three words, said a few hundred times a day in every organization, and the most successful file transfer system ever deployed. Every organization already has a person-to-person sharing service, and it is email attachments. It is over its size limits, outside your audit trail, copied to places you will never find. Its users love it because it takes zero learning and works with anyone. Replacing it is not a security project with a UX problem; it is an adoption project with a security floor. Build something as easy as attaching a file, or watch people keep attaching files. The policy will not be consulted either way.
